eService of documents

Documents that are filed with the court, or otherwise specified to be served on all parties, are sent to CaseHomePage for upload and service. When the document is received, it is opened, checked, converted to pdf format (if necessary), and posted on the website.

 

Once posted, all parties are immediately and automatically notified by email that a document has been posted or an entry has been made on the Message Board or Calendar. Each email notice contains the title of the case, the name and location of the document, and a link directly to the document, Message Board item, or calendar event.
