Case Security: CaseHomePage provides a password-protected website for your litigation. Members enter a unique username and password before gaining access to their case file. All files are sent to us via our secure server, ensuring content, quality, speed and accuracy.
Case Manager: A case manager is assigned to each case to ensure accuracy, consistency and familiarity, and to assist users with both technical and practical aspects of the site. Case managers are ready to answer your questions and can be reached by phone, fax, or email.
Customized File Cabinet: The case file can be customized according to the specifications of the parties. This customization allows parties to name and structure folders according to any specified criteria, including type of document, filing party, and posting date. For those cases where customization is not necessary, CaseHomePage has standard set-up models for individual actions, coordinated cases, and consolidated proceedings. No additional software or hardware is required. A standard browser will allow you to access CaseHomePage and its paperless file cabinet.
Electronic Service of Documents: Documents are effortlessly served on other parties through the CaseHomePage. When a document is posted, immediate email notification is sent out to all registered users in that case. Recently posted documents are flagged on the website for easy identification.
Message Board: The Message Board allows court and counsel to formally and informally communicate on any issue relating to the case.
Calendar: The calendar, updated by counsel, allows all parties to quickly track important dates in the case. Deposition dates, court hearings, and other significant events can be followed at a glance.
Key Word Search Capability: The case file has full text search capability for all uploaded documents. Individual documents may be searched for repeat words.
Linking: CaseHomePage can be customized to contain links to other websites and databases.
