Printing a Document

Printing a document from the CaseHomePage website is simple.

  1. Click on the link to the document, either from the website or from your email.
  2. When the document is fully downloaded, click “print,” and you are finished.

The speed with which the document opens on your computer is a function of several factors, including the size of the file, the speed of your internet connection and the computer system you are using. If you click “print” before the document has finished downloading (watch the hourglass or the green boxes that signal that your file is still downloading), you may find that you will have one or more blank pages printing. To ensure that does not happen, be sure the document has completely downloaded before you click “print.”

If the file is too large for your system, the download may “time out” before it opens on your desktop. Should this happen, right click on the document link, and save it to our desktop. This process shortens the download time. You will then be able to open and print the document from your desktop.

It is possible that the document you want to print was created in a more recent version of Adobe Acrobat. Be sure you have the most recent version on your computer. The Reader is free, and downloads and installs very quickly. Simply click on the link, and follow the instructions for Adobe Acrobat Reader.
